It'd be more of a challenge to not find an SP. In Havana, even with all the LE -- you're still beating them off with a stick.
Best advice I got though -- Don't look for sex, let sex find you.
Oh and bring gifts for the girls.
Stay in a residence particulare.
Get plenty of rest before you go.
