Spa north of Midhurst ...

I was driving north on Hwy 27 yesterday and in the old building north of the Hwy 26 exit and south of the overhead railway tracks, I thought I saw a sign on the building that said SPA Maybe I just never noticed it before and it is left over from the other business that got busted many months ago and closed. Anyways, if someone is driving by maybe they can confirm if there is indeed a new Spa opened for business.

yep, fairly new spa. I haven't been there but they have an ad in the examiner under "27 spa"

ok, thanks, I can buy an examiner and check for the phone number and give them a call. I stopped in at the spa in the little Midhurst plaza where the Subway is a few weeks ago, but since they re-opened they have changed their policy and no longer offer what I am looking for.

Well I decided to stop in at the 27 spa this wee. I was pleasantly surprised, the room was reasonably clean considering that the building looks old and run down. I did manage to squeeze my car into a spot around the back as I don't want to be parked right out there on 27. The back parking is very littered with old junk. Anyways, the lady was pleasant and she asked me what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. That was different, because other places have told me what each option costs. I will repeat.

I don't want to elaborate too much because everyone experience will be different. I found the attendant to be pleasant and not rushed. She was reasonably good looking to my tastes. I know she won't be for everyone. Mid to late 30's, blonde hair, European. Her accent was a little difficult to translate, but she would say over if I did not understand. As is always the case, YMMV . I have since been back and enjoyed my second visit even more than the first. I will repeat again. Just because I like her though does not mean that you will.

Hi Y'all,

Followed CdnStud's lead. But I don't think I'll be back. Girl was Anna. She was a little bigger (which is nice in some departments). Was as CS before me... asked what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay.

Decor was nice. Was clean and seemed extensively renovated.

In the background I heard, and then after massage, visually confirmed, it was the older russian lady from Essa, Dunlop, Essa, 27, fame, that some have referred to as the "Russian Battleaxe".

Massage itself was OK. Finish was OK. Girl was only sort of into it. Saw her a couple of times looking around.

So experience was all right, but not worthy of repeat business (from me).

I am glad you took the time to stop by Leroy. I didn't think you would be repeating, she is not really your type from what I have read that is your type on these threads. The older russian lady was there both times I was there. She wanted to give me my second massage but I declined, she is definetly not my type. I like the location, I live north of Barrie so I don't have to deal with downtown. I am hoping to get back to Barrie next week and I will stop in at the spa.

Well wouldn't you know it.. Just when I found a place and a lady that I enjoyed being with for a massage... I was watching the A Channel news tonight and the place got shut down by the police. I guess deep down I sort of expected this.. for some reason the police have little tolerance for such places.

I think they specifically won't let our Russian friend open back up. would be emabarrassing for prosecutions in progress I would think.
