True, but according to the US State Deparment's website: "Jamaica is a major transit point for cocaine en route to the United States..."

Maybe these drug dealers were only able to get their cocaine from Colombia to Jamaica and now its all stuck there in a warehouse. I'd answer the email and give them the money, you've got nothing to lose...
