SPs with the Same Names

I would like to get your feeling on this .. from both SP's and us guys...

It is so confusing when you see the same names with different SP on different Sites ... then it is almost impossible to do a search ... the reviews are not specific enough

Shouldn't the SP (in thier BEST INTEREST) add a prefis or suffix to their handle to make it a Unique identifier as to who they are ...

What's the general opinion on this one?
