As far as question #1, I am assume you are referring to having the stag at a hotel.
My answer is, let the hotel know that your intention is to have people in the room.
This way, they will either put you in a room away from other guests, or let you know that having a party is not possible.
It is best to let them know of your intentions, rather then the hotel staff crashing your party.
The dancers that you hire shouldn't be stopped in the lobby, unless they are dressed like strippers. i.e. stillettos, naked.....lol
#2 Call around to different hotels, let them know that you plan to rent a room for a party.
#3 I have done quite a few successful stags, and usually 2 dancers to 20 guys is a good ratio.
