Something about Balmer strikes me as evil... not sure what, but he always looks like he is about to attack. I agree the lack of keyboard is a negative with iPhone, if they added a qwerty keyboard I would like it more.Like those phone that slide out a keyboard. Every other aspect of it is outstanding. What Balmer did not realize in that clip is that phones will replace the PC, probably within 5 years.
