Stood up by Monique AGAIN

Man I have shitty luck! Few months back I have a date set with her and an hour before she emails me to tell me she got stuck out of town due to the snow storm. Having been stuck in the hotel all day due to that same storm I was pissed but I could understand.

So I am back in town, set up another appointment, 15 minutes before I get an email, something has come up and she can't make it! WTF? Twice? Is this normal for her?

Who else in Ottawa can be recommended?

The first time I can understand, weather can't be controlled. 15 minutes before the second appointment an email? She had my cell number she could have called.

this happened to me too. I waited in the general area for the phone call telling me the location but received no call despite Monique subsequent assertion in an email that she called me several times.
