Sweet300 is a mix of a bunch of different things: you've got the sex cinema(can fit about 18 by counting chairs), private peep show booths, private cinema booths, a small sex shop AND a private room with bed.
Personally I've been renting the "big" room with bed(it's got a great shower you can see while laying in bed!), as it's exactly what I need for little quick meetings for some mid-day fun and the rates for renting the room are affordable compared to other spots in the city.
Some of us might be hanging around there to see what last minute bookings we may get, but we all still work independently, we just rent the rooms to host from!
Guys can also rent the rooms too!
