I was hoping someone could help me out..

What kind of License to do you need to to open a Swingers Club.The kind like some of the ones in the Toronto Area that allows sex on the premises

You just need a liquor licence. Keep the sex and the booze in separate areas. It has to be a private members club so you get everyone's real names etc at the door and sell them a membership for one day instead of charging an admission fee.

Wicked have a bar right there in the room where people can fuck, but might be better to keep them separate. I understanding is that it is just a regular private club - needs liquor license, but no special sex license.

There is a sign in the upstairs bar at Wicked that says "No alcohol beyond this point" as you enter the sex area. There is a massage area near the bar and people do have sex there but I think technically they aren't allowed to do so.

Yes, it was that area I was thinking of, with the heart bed and the glory hole box. I have not seen any indication that you are not supposed to have sex there, and as you say, people do. But perhaps there is indeed a rule against it.
