Someone on TBD found an attorney interested in helping but first needs the usual retainer fee and help is being solicited on TBD-National. Attorney is Jeffrey Blau, Attorney at Law, 1511 S Church Avenue, Tampa, FL 33629-5822. He has agreed to take her case-he even agreed to go meet her before he had the funds in his hands. No one has said how much of a retainer is needed.

Dave, did you write this article? Are you using Bush's fuzzy math?
While I would admit TBD was making good money off his website, he was hardly making Millions. His monthly income from the site is estimated at about 16 - 18 K per month from advertising and the site was only around about 4 years or so.
How does that add up to millions?

Furthermore, many US escorts make that kind of income (I mean 16-18k, not 80k) in a single month. While I have no idea what this particular escort was making or what her exact charges were, I would suspect she was hit with more than a single prostitution charge for the bail to be that high. I would suspect that she probably had other girls working for her and was hit with heavier charges such as pimping. In which case she was probably making money hand over fist and should have had a lawyer on retainer. I've yet to meet an american escort who didn't know what she was doing was illegal.

Honestly Dave, I would enjoy reading your articles a lot more if they didn't always have such a heavy slant to them.

The press reports said TBD got 15-80,000 a month. Over 4 years he only needed to average 20,833/month to make a million. Of course that was gross and he had some web costs.

As I understand Tabaitha was just an independent escort. She may have gone to the meetings held by another escort where issues were dicussed which may be why the conspiracy and Rico charges.

According the the Sheriff's website status of arrest page - TBD's bail was only $65,000. He got all his charges except RICO to have no bond required, while all the same charges of Tabaitha have mostly $10.000 bail requirements for each. TBD got a good attorney that got bail waived for all but the RICO charge! And TBD is the leader of the criminal enterprise, not Tabaitha. Yet, Tabaitha Blue is still in jail with far fewer charges facing an $80,000 bail requirement!!
