Apparently, if you pay membership fee you can view pic and video uploads

Some guy called me and said he found a video of me massaging a guy
(quite unnerving)
It appeared to be from a hidden camera

In a 2017 speech, WEF founder Klaus Schwab mentioned Russian President Vladimir Putin as a Young Global Leader, but Putin is not mentioned on any archived member list. Putin did, however, attend a 1992 WEF meeting in St. Petersburg, where he was serving as head of the Committee for External Relations of the Mayor’s Office at the time.


Russian entrepreneur Pavel Durov, founder of social media platforms VKontakte and Telegram, was mentioned on the WEF website as a Young Global Leader in 2017, but he is not listed (anymore) in the official Young Global Leaders membership directory (he may have rejected the invitation).

And just because they're not listed anymore, doesn't mean they don't work with them anymore.

The reason why it's popular is because I think it's not associated with the big tech (yet) or a foreign adversary (anymore) so people generally feel they are safe on it.

It's big tech alright, it has over 700+ million monthly users. It may not be in your face like google, msn, facebook, but it definitely collects your data, just quietly.
