Perhaps another point to be mentioned is that TERB is a membership list. These young women both voluntary joined TERB, and also misrepresented themselves as being of age when they did so.

I mean even when someone looks too young they ask for I.D before accepting to sell them cigarettes. OK you cannot do that for an sp as an sp may be afraid of someone stealing their I.D or knowing their real name etc... but, if you doubt someones age do you just go along with it and say OK she said this is her age so whatever?

Or do you ask more questions like are you really 23 or 22 because dang you do not look that old?

If you really, really doubted it would you then say OK what is your birth date and see if they had the correct answer?

You could even ask how long have you been an sp? When did you move to this city? What sort of jobs did you work before and for how long? etc.. etc... and see if dates add up, then when she gets upset at the questioning and saying personal life is not your business and is a bit frustrated ask the Bday again and see if she gives the exact same date in her frustration.

I do realize sp's do not like discussing personal business, but for the life of me I would not want to do someone under aged and would have no problem in telling them that is why I questioned them after I did so.

I was recently abroad and approached occasionally by girls on the street. Whenever I asked to see their ID cards and they couldn't/wouldn't produce them, I just smiled and walked on. Was approached by one girl who was with another, admitted the younger one was under age, but said that wasn't a problem. I explained that it is a problem for me, I don't go there.

On my next visit, she tried to pass her friend off as older, but luckily I have a good memory, and declined once again.

Some guys are just sick, there is no need to be chasing children!

I would absolutely report it (crime stoppers) if I knew an underager was working somewhere. I have not enountered that...I tend to like older - they are better IMO.
I also can't imagine any escort showing us her real ID. We could be stalkers. We have to count on the agencies to make sure they check ID. I think most would because that will bring LE in for sure if they get caught. The guy in this case was a creep and a criminal. As for indies....I don't know.

Yes, there is that too, but I would love to see them get outed and turned in if caught making them more afraid to continue on with such behavior knowing that there is people willing to take a stand.

That is an unfair generalization. I like 18, 19, 20 y.o. SPs and I have never seen one under 18, nor would I want to. I ask questions if there is even the slightest doubt in my mind. Just because one likes legal-age SPs who are young doesn't mean one want to see underage girls.

is there a huge difference in a girl the day before her 18th birthday and the day after ? i drove taxi and picked up a girl i knew was 14 from the bar, drunk as hell, with a fake i.d that said she was 19 and not one person knew any different. she was in there the whole night drinking her face off and i am sure getting hit on the whole night and not one guy in there would have thought twice about taking her home. society is forcing people to grow up faster with each passing year and it is having a severe effect, 13 year olds acting like 19-20 year olds and it's nearly impossible to tell the difference.

No. While I liked 18 or 19 as my first choice during the past 20 years of hobbying, these days I don't go younger than 20, and even 21-26 look good now to me. I guess I'm getting older lol. I've had people estimate my age and be almost two decades off. I can't imagine someone saying they can reliably tell the difference between a 17 and an 18 year old girl. Teenage clothing trends make this really difficult. Kids are encouraged to act older than they appear.

Bottom line for me: Don't fuck newbies.

I have shown up to shoots and have questioned the girl's legal age. I have photographed the licence before the shoot to ensure I cover my ass. I have been in situations where agency owner and girl were not happy that I would refuse a shoot if proper ID was not produced and recorded, but they have always understood and accepted it. It has happened only a handful of times.

I did walk in once to a shoot and knew right away she was not of age and didn't want to be there. It was for "porno and cam" work I was told. Asked the owner to leave while I do the shoot as it makes the lady more comfortable instead of even trying for the ID route. 5 mins later we were both out the door and she was phone with mom and dad making arrangements to get back home to Calgary, I was on the phone with police sending them back to the hotel.

We each have a responsibility. Sadly some of us just take it more serious then others.

It is not about helping the girl out, it is about doing what is right. I could have just said no and left the shoot but that is not the right thing. Trust me it was much more of a hassle since I had to back to the hotel, and call the guy to come back while having police waiting there for him. Not a pretty site at all. He brought 2 others back with him for her to play with so it was a big mess. Testify in court, had my life threatened, etc. It was a real pain in the ass to be honest.

However it was still the right road to take. Quite often people turn a blind eye. They will walk away from a session as suggested because you know she is under age. Kudos to them right? They are "good and moral" people because they did not partake. That is the chicken shit road if you ask me, but that is just my opinion.

I don't want a pat on the back, I want to educate. You see a girl you think is underage, do the right things and call the cops. I know, people have lives, and wives and would hate to have that ruined by having to go to the police and maybe have to testify etc. I just know I would not have been able to sleep at night if all I did was simply walk away.
