1. To get to Arnold level one need god tier genetics. I will never get Arnold's pecs that he had when he was only 17. Muscle insertion, amount of fast and slow twitch fibres makes a huge difference.
2. No such thing as cutting or bulking AAS. It's a misnomer. Gaining or losing weight depends on diet, not AAS. Roughly AAS can be splitted into "dry" or "wet" types. Which usually is a function of how they affect estrogen levels. For example, dbol is a wet AAS since it typically increases estrogen. However it's close derivative tbol, is "dry" drug, since it doesn't convert into estrogen (aka doesn't aromitize)
Yeah it can be done. But to achieve supernatural levels of testosterone patches will not be enough (for a men). Some people microdose by injecting SUBQ ( tiny dose into fat multiple times a day).
Speaking of which, I also knew a girl that took steroids at the gym. She really bulked up, but then started getting unwanted hair on her chest and abs. I asked her how far that excess hair went down and she said “right down to my balls“
