Yes that’s scary, but need more background info. How many km on the car, how often has it been serviced? Was it a high mileage car with mechanical issues and leaks that needed to be addressed? Lots of unloved 6-12 year old cars and trucks on our roads these days.
I sort of expected that the thread title referred to a stolen auto used in the commission of another crime, and then ditched and lit on fire by the criminals as a way to try to cover their tracks.
I bet that is how 90% of car fires happen in the GTA.
