Why are the interior pics so dark though?

Yeah, I'd rather have a DB9 than a ferrari or lambo ANYday....used they aren't actually that bad. During the recent Barrett Jackson auction a 3 yr old one went for ......ummm.....120,000.00 US or something. I think the DB and the Vanquish are just elegant......JohnFK said:If I could afford it, I think I'd buy a DB9 as there are a lot of Ferraris in Toronto. I love Aston Martin's but my Italian heritage can't forget about the Prancing Horses.
As for those crashes, exotic car owners should take racing lessons.
I only rode in a Ferrari Modena. The sound of that rear engine at high rev reminded me of the sound emananting from the cockpit view in a F1 race.
I know another aficionado who drove his uncle's Daytona Spyder (a la Miami Vice TV series) up the 400 Hwy at 160 mph - this was years ago.
Astons are sexy as hell (almost as sexy as Ashtontboy said:Yeah, I'd rather have a DB9 than a ferrari or lambo ANYday....used they aren't actually that bad. I'd say the DB9 is more comparable to the Ferrari California being discussed in this thread but if we're talking the Modena and other mid engine cars, I'd rather have a saleen over those. Even the garrado, they're hot, fast and have pinache, but would I want one? Not really. (but the garrado police car is WAY cool lol). See, the way I look at it, the DB9 isn't really an exotic, it's more a really nice daily driver/sports car. If you've seen one up close the interior is fricken unbelievable.Inferno said:Astons are sexy as hell (almost as sexy as Ashton) but they don't have the pedigree of a Ferrari, hence their lower monetary value.
They also have a lower perceived value, probably owing to the fact that until recently, the company was owned by Ford, which diminished the brand's cachet among afficionados.
I'd take an Aston over a Porsche any day, but it would be a tough call to pick one over a Ferrari. The decision would definitely depend on the models being discussed.
