The Haunting Case of the Death Valley Germans

On July 23, 1996 a German family on a month long vacation to the south west US states seemingly vanished off the face of the earth in Death Valley National Park.

34 year old architect Egbert, his 9 year old son George, Egbert's 28 year old girlfriend Connie and her 4 year old son Max rented a Chrysler minivan and off they went into the park.
