The Hoff was not drunk. Rather he was ill due to his taking antibiotics, so that he chose not to board a flight out of Heathrow, his publicist claims.
It seems that he had cut his arm in a shaving accident.

Not sure about the Hoff, maybe he was drunk, maybe not, but in the story about Mon'ique ( ' huh?) it does sound like a case of a celebrity not getting what they want and causing a disruption. I think most celebs are very used to getting their own way, perhaps coupled with a slight belief that they are more important than in fact they are. Especially these days when flying it is a really good idea to keep you cool if things don't go your way. I wonder how important it really was that her hair dryer fly in that over head bin. Sound to me more like it was important that her will not be thwarted. And I was not there so who really knows.
