Man, the Ducks have yet to lose a single game in the playoffs...first, they sweep the Wings (#2 in the West) definitively. Now they're up 2 games to none against Dallas, who was the #1 team in the West, and both games were in Dallas. Giguiere shows no signs of slowing, and the rest of the team plays hard every second of the game. There is no reason Dallas should have blown the game today - but the Ducks don't quit, as was shown when they scored with just over a minute to go.

Could the Wings and the Stars simply be the victims of destiny? Are the Ducks on a nonstop freight train headed to the Finals? Will Walt Disney be able to add a Stanley Cup to his Empire of talking mice, dogs, and water fowl? God, how embarrassing...I think we Americans have officially ruined Hockey. God help us all...

Well Denwa,as a fellow Red Wing fan Im quite glad to see the Ducks beating up on Dallas in pretty much the same fashion as they did to our beloved team, myself,Id like to see the Ducks march right to the Stanley Cup final, even the Disney people couldnt have written this one for a movie in the fashion that its gone so far..........

They knew what they

were doing when they put this team together. They have a nice mix of talent/experience and youth. And fling a hot goalie in with that mixture, and you got a good fucking team.

I would also like to add that Trevor Linden will be holding the cup next month, doing laps around the rink.

PS- Poor Trevor. He gets stripped of his C, traded, kicked in the face, and still is one of Van cities favorite sons. Brian will suffer one day as Karma creeps back.
