I'm going to have a chance to come to Toronto in the next couple of weeks. Besides the things these boards are dedicated to, any recommendations on Things that I should/gotta do while in Toranto. I'll only come up for a day or two, but intend to make several trips for short vacations to the area this year. TIA

Make politicians happy by picking up trash as you walk down the street.

Carry some extra gravel in your pockets and fill in potholes as you go by.

Practice the phrase "It's not the heat, it's the humidity" (in case you come in the summer months)

Learn to pronounce it "Tronna"

Seriously though, the list is endless. Art Gallery of Ontario, Royal Ontario Museum, CN Tower, lots of good theater, Science Center, Metro Zoo....

Lot's to see & do!

In the next couple of weeks there are the aforementioned attractions. If you have the time & the $$$ take in a show. We've got several to pick from; surf in to mirvish.com and take your pick.

The Leafs will still be in action, but getting tickets will be very pricey. If you're on your own you can try the box office day of the game as they may have single tickets (usually Platinum Rails) available.

Don't forget to sample our truly wonderful cultural diversity. There's Chinatown, The Danforth (Greek), Kensington Market (a mix of stuff), Little Italy ... For shopping there's the Eaton's Centre which is your basic large mall. There's also Queen Street West which is more eclectic. Harbourfront has a few interesting outlets along with some art galleries.

You won't run out of stuff to see & do in a couple of days here. :)
