Ticketed!!

Guys,

I've been ticketed for "making turn not in safety" with 2 demirt points... anyway, I'd like to challenge this and wondering if any of you know of reputable agents that can represent me... been in TO for 6 months only (8 months in Canada) can really use any help here.

Also, if there is anything else I should know, or be aware of... please let me know and help me out.

Fight the ticket...

I have a ticket that is going on two years old now...still haven't been convicted...still not on my record.

The process is a bit time comsuming, but since I work for myself, I can make time. From what I understand (and i could be wrong) all these different shops that fight tickets essential do the same thing you can do yourself which is take advantage of the overburdened court system by rescheduling your date. Each time you reschedule you et pushed back AT LEAST 6 months...I am now on my third date.

My guess is that there is no way the cop will show....

So are you saying when they/if they claim they have won you the case, all they are doing is rescheduling?

Aren't they supposed to provide you with some sort of a proof they have cleared your name and won the case? Is there such a proof?

Am confused... I'd really want to clear everything rather than reschedule. Am trying to be a good citizen here... what should i do??

Am only challenging it because I don't believe I was at fault... or else I'd just pay it.

Well, anyway, can someone here refer me to a reliable agent in TO? I'd be grateful.
