I have an opinion...They SUCK!! (Sorry I compete against them...lol)

They are actually a pretty good reseller. Just make sure to inquire if the laptops are new or refurb. and be sure to get warranty info before taking the plunge. You can check out their customer reviews at redflagdeals.com.

Cheers!

As you say, check out their deals. Like everything else, YMMV. I have bought from them, parts, motherboards, CPUs, etc, and have not had any issues. However, things like laptops, etc, I do not know.

Hey TechSeller, you are honest and open. Thanks for your feedback.

I would not buy from them if you need to return, exchange, complain etc...

They are great for cheap refurb deals, but I would never buy an expensive, new item from them. Not worth hassle.

Returns they charge 15% restocking fee regardless of what the issue is with the product. Thats Bull shit and I have added them to my blacklist for who i deal with.

Not the best prices, but a full catalogue for sure. You can find almost anything you might need.

Returns are a problem. I never received credit for one.

However, if I ever have a user looking to buy an LCD monitor, I normally send them to the store on Woodbine. Good selection and users normally like to see the monitor before they buy. This was very important a couple of years ago, not sure how important now.

Use the online catalogue to find stuff you might want.. but then go hunt around for a better price.

My humble opinion! :)

They also have a store in Burlington near the Costco (take the Brant St. exit from Toronto). Bestbuy (Brant) and Futureshop (Guelph) are nearby as well for comparison shopping.

I've never bought online from them, only gone to the stores, but I think it's an awesome place for parts you can't find anywhere else. Go for a stroll.
