Time Delay on Posts Request (Moderators)

Is there any chance the time delay between posts could be reduced a little? Right now it's at 60 seconds, but I often find myself all ready to post a second message before that. It's a minor aggravation I know, but when I'm whipping posts off in the morning before work every little second helps.

30 seconds would be great, but even 45 would be helpful.

they should make the delay random, so YMMV for MPOT

Leaving 60 seconds makes it "safe MPOT".
