On some websites I visit, I can read some of the text but other text is very small, pixelated, and unreadable. Is there a way to correct or alter this?

ie. http://www.heritagefdn.on.ca/

The headers are readable, but the text under "DID YOU KNOW?" (half way down on left side) is unreadable.

It doesn't help that it's in reverse either.

This one can be adjusted in your browser, if you have Firefox, in your header go to View > Text size > Increase.
If you still can't read it, copy and paste the block of type into your notepad or other software you use for typing.

For firefox users, press CTRL and scroll mouse up or down for text size adjustment.

Also in firefox, you can press Ctrl then click + as often as you want. Then click - to get back to normal.

here, there and everywhere!
another option - you can go to your start button, click Programs/Accessibility/ Magnifier This works for anything that comes up on your screen, not just webpages. (especially good if you normally need reading glasses and don't have them handy)
