OK, this is amazing, because I was really thinking about her this morning (checking the SSG is a daily ritual for me).
I have a big pet peeve with her, and also with any SP who does the same thing.
WHY does she have to have a crucifix on her neck? The symbol of chrisitianity? OBVIOUSLY, looking like the whore of Babylon is completely at odds with Christianity, so why do they feel compelled to wear such a symbol? I have seen SPs with the same thing. It bugs me because it is so illogical, and more importantly, so non-creative. Just leeching. Get your own friggin symbol. How boring and unumaginative. I mean, can't you think of amything else more appropriate?
Can you imagine how up in arms the muslims would be if she were wearing a crescent or whatever their symbol is?
It is obvioulsy not the case that I am a devote person, but for pete's sake, just show a little respect. And more importantly show a little logical consistency. Now, before everyone dumps on me, OF COURSE SHE CAN WEAR WHATEVER SHE FRIGGIN WANTS. I am just saying that it is real dumb, selfish and annoying.
