Hey everyone...this is my first post here and I was wondering how you would rate the top 3 things that make an SP stand out from the rest and keep you coming back for more. Are you more interested in looks, personality, services provided, etc? In what order and what in particular for each?

I would say a combination of all three. An SP with above average looks along with great service and a genuine personality will be quite busy with repeats.

In other words, looks only take you so far, it's the service and chemistry that make you come back. However, if you happen to be a looker, your apeal would be that much greater to the general hobbying population.

Impeccably groomed, smells nice and tastes clean. Speaking on a personal note only I avoid fake boobs, pierced nipples and clits and excessive tats.

Not too restrictive unless warranted. Easy going within reasonable limits. Not a clock watcher.

It's not just one thing in particular and in any order, it's the whole package, as it were.
1) Looks are the all important first impression, but don't judge a book by its cover though.
2) Her personality is all important after the initial looks meeting.
3) Her services are there too, in so much as what one is looking for. If you provide something you aren't comfortable with then that will show, so stay in your comfort zone and don't advertise anything outside of that.
4) The whole package is wrapped up and has to come together during the play. If you don't come off as seeming like you are into it then the whole play is ruined and that is where you get an unhappy customer.

But, I try to keep things simple, I generally meet ONLY new SPs who are referred by my favs.

In other words, my great 9+ GFE gals 1) like 2) respect 3) lust for the new gal they are recommending.(must be bi)

1) Detail oriented (Got her sh*t together): As a guy with certain fetishes in regards to outfits and roleplay, I really apprecate a detailed oriented SP who comes through exactly as requested. I find this very difficult to find.

The next two are the usual:

3) Attitude

Great looks get a lot of clients in the door for the first time.

Great service and attitude get those same clients to repeat.

Poor reviews keep a lot of terbites away. Not the odd bad review, but consistently bad reviews will keep me away.

Example: Indian Naya from Craigslists has a ton of bad reviews. I will never see her.
Example: Erin Ryder has LOTS of good reviews. I saw her, did not have a good time. I did see her though, based on reviews.
