Torchwood

I got hooked on this series when I was up north last winter and I had only access to CBC and CTV. I really enjoyed the series. Unfortunately CBC stopped showing the series so I have been downloading it via Torrents.

Does anyone know of any fast torrents where I might find Torchwood? The one I am using seems to take forever.

try a site called www.sharethefiles.com. you join for free and they have a great current running tv series section with every possible show you can imagine all broken out by season. make sure you download the emule client to easily manage your torrents/ Torchwood is one of my guilty pleasures as well. I would also recommend the show "Spaced" which you can also find on this site.

The problem may not be the Torrents you are using, but the ISP you are using.

Torrent traffic that travels through Bell lines - even if your ISP is not Bell but simply leases bandwidth/network access through Bell - is subject to "traffic shaping". That is, if the Bell servers detect that you are downloading torrent traffic, it can throttle back your connection speed to slow down the torrent traffic.

Bell claims this is being done to alleviate network congestion. Currently that claim is being challenged and Bell has been required to provide their evidence, but as far as I know Bell is still traffic shaping.

It has to be the Torrents because for some episodes take days, others take only a couple of hours if I use a different Torrent.

Thank you. The one episode I am really trying to get is S01 E12 - Captian Jack - it is a pain in the ass to get.

I really like the stories and I can't get enough of Eve Myles.

I finally found a torrent that I could download season two.

I see now that Space will start airing series 2 of Torchwood August 8th.
