if you want porn , you don't necessarily need to use torrents. if you're using firefox as your browser, install this https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/video-downloadhelper/How does it work (i.e. what do you need to download and then run)?
And is there a free, reliable and fast one for porn?
Thanks.
Why don't you stop flapping that ignorant yap of yours?^^^Perhaps you should check with the lawyers first nibs, not the Apple Store.....:eyebrows:
Actually, it would be beneficial for the Internet as a whole if you do keep on downloading so that your ISP will finally shut you down. While P2P file sharing technology is completely legal, many of the files traded through P2P are indeed copyrighted. Uploading these copyrighted files puts you at risk of a civil lawsuit in the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK. While these lawsuits are often class-action suits, filed against groups of users who blatantly copy and distribute copyrighted materials, some lawsuits are harshly targeted at making examples of individual downloaders. These P2P civil lawsuits are very real, and whether or not they are successful, they are extreme financial and emotional burdens on the defendant.
Pay attention! While P2P file sharing technology is completely legal....
That's not the key part and you know it. Seriously, WP, I've nailed you so many times in the past it will be my pleasure to nail you again.Pay attention!
That's the key part you missed, my lil tech challenged AppleJack....![]()
Are you that blind? I've already given a link to the facts.LMAO! Millions of dollars worth of lawyers haven't been able to make it this black and white for us, but nibbler has it all figured out in one condescending sentence. I better format my hard drive of all the P2P shared files I am using for personal playback.
Don't be such a peddler of misinformation. Do a search. Read a book. Anything to get a few facts.
Safe harbour clauses in laws protect ISPs from the behavior of their customers. I think it has more to do about maximizing profit and/or keeping network capacity managed well.Geeze, ok, let me make it clear to all of you. Downloading (and uploading) of copyrighted materials in Canada without paying for it is illegal.
You actually don't have sign up for anything to get the little porn icon to appear. When you go on the main page, that option will not be there. Do a search anyway with just the box that says "video"checked. Type in the type of porn your looking for or a specific name of a porn movie. Not much will appear in your search result (unless the porn has name similar to a regular movies or t.v show). Now this time if you look again in the search function, you will see the little box that says "porn" along with all the other box's (audtio, video, games..ect). Now you can check that porn box and hit search again.... and tada! For Porn.. again use Pirate Bay. Now, here is the key to getting Porn on there. If you serch you will not find anything results wise there. However, sign up for free, log in, and you will now see a search option for 'porn' beside the normal ones of music, movies, etc. Check mark the porn, enter the respective search words and bang.. thousands of free films..
Perhaps in your wet dreams nibs!!!!That's not the key part and you know it. Seriously, WP, I've nailed you so many times in the past it will be my pleasure to nail you again.
FWIW, I've found a way to bypass all this D/L BS, thereby getting anything needed and there is NOT A FARKING THING the RIAA and their Record Nazis can do to stop it!....Not trying to fuel your fire but don't think and answer is cut/dry. Everything on the subject of 'downloading, movies and Canada' always has this word close by - Distribute before it becomes illeagl.
Actually, you're right. Unfortunately, if you care to leave yourself open to a lawsuit then by all means go torrent.Actually, I didn't say it was legal or illegal, I said that it wasn't as black and white as you make it seem. I would link you to Wikipedia that cites numerous Acts, motions, and other evidence of how complex and grey this matter is, but I suspect your mind is already made up. Good for you.
For the rest of us, that care to read...

The appeals court specifically left open the possibility of future lawsuits, wherein the question of the legality of peer-to-peer sharing could be addressed. So far, no further such lawsuits have been filed in Canada, leaving it an open question.
