Well, just to let you all know my latest trek into the house of love has not worked out. I think it is officially over. I fell in deep on this one, this was it, I really would have done anything in the world for this girl. I'm sure if she phoned my now, I would still come like a wimpering dog.

Bottom line is that it is rare to find such electricity between 2 people - my friends warned me, but I did not not reallt listen about the way things went down.

Don't want to get into too many details, but yesterday had to be one of the most difficult days in my entire life.... came to the frightening realization this was it, it is over.

Got through it by:

1) visiting a lady friend of mine, a close one - she was great - we just held each other for about an hour.

2) Went drinking at nite with my buddies - gave me good advice - just stay casual.

3) As I ran out of weed, went to Parkdale late at nite.... only scored a couple of joints... would have bought $500 worth if I could find it in this this fucking city, but that was enough to mellow me out.

4) Came home a little stoned, took a sleeping pill and slept in till noon.

5) Much calmer and in perspective today.

6) As my female friend was really there for me, maybe I'll pursue her a little more.... no great sparks, but you know what, we get along great, so the pressure is off.

Yeah I know I got toally fucked up - Moral is if u want to get serious about a woman, don't..... it is not worth this.

Pot

What is it with this city? Last nite would have paid someone an extra 100 comission to get 500 worth?

Never seen anything like this.

But it's the peaks and valleys in life that make you feel truly alive!

Personally, I wouldn't trade that for anything. Life would get pretty static without the roller-coaster ride. How could you fully comprehend love without experiencing true heart ache? Night without the experience of day? To have loved as passionately as you have experienced, I believe is a gift that one should treasure as opposed to looking upon it with bitterness or disdain.

MileHigh, I believe that you were fortunate to have experienced those emotions and I'm sure that you'll look back upon this in a much more positive light once the passage of time has allowed things to settle into perspective.

Thanks Marshall

Kind words .... thank you.

I just wish sometimes I was more heartless, like some of my friends.... they never get into this kind of a situation.

I know what that is like, you don't really care for someone a great deal, so there is no pressure.

Lesson for me though, and very positive one: I may have discovered a hidden gem... she certainly doesn't shine as bright, but fuck was she ever there for me... we are going to see each other next week, so I am really far from negative.

Really, I'm very lucky.

A good doobie always helps! ;)

Speaking of which, the lack thereof can be a serious downer.

On a more positive note, it's funny how fate tends to open your eyes on something you might have overlooked previously. Wish you the best!

Thanks

Thanks.

Best thing about new situation is no pressure... we are friends, we go our own way, but we respect each other and always have a great time together.

You noticed

Mr Groin,

I think you noticed that line that I'd go back like a puppy.

Not that it was not reciprocated, it really was, but I was taken advantage of (not ofa material nature)at the same time.

I think we really did care for each other both, possibly just some messy circumstances deepened the plot.
