Touring in TO

Hi All,

This isn't meant as advertising in anyway, but I am contemplating a tour to your fine city in a few months and was wondering if there is anything I should know.

I'm based in Vancouver, and here the police basically turn a blind eye to what goes on behind closed doors. Is Toronto similar to Vancouver or is it more conservative like Calgary?

Anything I should know?

Hi Isabelle, welcome to Terb!

You will find that TO is somewhat similar to Vancouver, as long as you are not bothering the neighbours! However it is a much wider area than Vancouver and your best location depends on your plans.

Your question suggests that you are a working girl, and you can set up in one of several nice clean hotels in the mid-town area, or you can link up with several good agencies conveniently located near the business district, e.g.

Working through a good agency can save you the hassles and expenses of worling independently....especially if you are here for a short period!
