Rik Emmett, what a great voice. 3 man band like Rush.

Didn't Emmett claim for years that he was ripped off(from the drummer I believe) but then changed his tune?Great band, Rik Emmett in particular is an incredible musician. Tho at the same time, he was trying to lead them to a more pop sound, which ultimately was in part responsible for their slow decline, and fade from relevance.

Well, I remember an interview where he felt he was not paid properly for shows. He also gave the example of Wonderland which I asked AI(below). Then, I also read or saw on TV years later that he admitted that it was their(or Gil Moore's) band. I guess they hired him of something? Not sure what he meant. Also, when they asked Gil Moore, he said Rik should know what happened with Wonderland, making it sound like it was a mess, not a deliberate ripoff. Not sure.
don’t know.
This was an incredible performance no doubt. Nailed it. Completely blew VH away, who were the headliners.Triumph's best performance at the 1983 US Festival.
They are not the only one. What about Canada's other great overlooked band: Anvil?
