I can see the parallel between the change of attitude of
Trump towards Putin and the response of Ted 'the Million
Dollar Man' Dibiase to Hulk Hogan's rejection of his generous
offer to buy Hogan's WWE championship belt. Dibiase being
someone who got used to getting anything he wanted simply
could not accept there were things he could not buy with his
money. Like Trump's dealing with Putin Dibiase's demeanor
changed from one of friendliness to hostility. The Million Dollar
Man bought off Andre the Giant to defeat Hogan so he could hand
over the championship belt to Dibiase at the end of the match.
Trump like Dibiase also is not someone who could ever accept
no as the answer to his demand. Seeing that the Nobel Peace
prize will soon be out of his reach Trump is infuriated. He will
show no mercy to Putin. Zelensky along with America's NATO-Euro
and British poodles will have to do the dirty work for Trump all
for the president's wish to teach his friend-turned-enemy a lesson.

Putin was never his friend. He was probably briefed on how the plan is to destroy the EU with this proxy war.

If Putin isn't willing to negotiate a peace with what was generously offered to him then screw him.

Siding with Ukraine was always the more favorable decision...Nobody sane thought the Russians were trustworthy.

I for one thought the Russians would just grind them down and slowly decimate the country but that looks less viable financially and economically than Putin thought.

46K sq km, but its not about territory outside of Crimea. Territory is not a stated goal in the SMO. What we are witnessing is demilitarization. As for gas shortages, you really think that is gonna stop them? They are likely only temporary.

It will be very grim for the civilians affected but not grim at all
for the regime now that Trump is on their side. So long as salaries
of civil servants in the government is guaranteed war casualties
