Case has no merit. Trump said the competitor cannot use the "Trump" brand to compete against Trump. End of story. Article is nonsense with bogus lines simply to promote itself, beyond any journalistic integrity. Example: "The Donald goes bankrupt?", "If Trump were to lose...", etc. I certainly would have had that article re-edited as down the middle in any reporting standard.

I agree with Gyaos (a miracle in and of itself). The case was only filed on January 25, Trump's lawyers probably haven't even had the time to file a motion to dismiss. Not to mention that he probably run’s his affairs either through a corporation or LLC's.
