Halligan is not properly appointed and therefore, her prosecutions are not constitutional. The prosecution can be attacked as political payback and therefore unconstitutional.
And the use of a regulatory official to abuse his power to vet selective files for prosecution without a probable cause warrant is probably illegal search and seizure.

PLUS, the ONLY document that 'Principle Residence' was checked off, was just a check mark, AND apparently checked by the loan officer, not her.
In two subsequent communications, she emailed that it was NOT her principle residence.
So the subsequent correction should nullify the initial error.

This is what I don't get about his supporters. Can't they see what a dishonest, despicable person he is?
