It's despicable and terrible when an unhinged individual, basically a coward, dresses up in a military uniform or costume, and causes the death of innocent civilians. It's terrible when it's a random lunatic, as in Montreal. It's far worse when that person steal an election, and lives at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

I thought the Gun Registry, which the Liberals pissed away 2 billion dollars on, was supposed to prevent such tragedies from occurring again?

As a matter of fact no that's not what it was meant to prevent ... what it will do is allow us to know whether the firearms were smuggled or not, and if they were not smuggled and were registered firearms, then we will be able to trace how this person got ahold of the firearms and throw any Mother F'er that couldn't bother to take the responsibility to secure their deadly weapons, in prison where they belong ... thereby preventing the fucktard who though firearm ownership responsibility was a joke from making that mistake again.

Laws are not meant to "prevent crime" ... they define what a crime is, then we can start to deal with the crime ... otherwise using the anti-registration crowd logic, we wouldn't need laws against homicide, as even with such laws people still get murdered; and isn't that what homicide laws were suppose to prevent? (NOT.)
