I usually Google the odd weird 'Image name' I see in the 'Processes' of my Windows task manager to see what they are and if they are a threat to my system but I notice some that claim to be harmless or part of windows but the seem to repeat them selves too often .

I do this because I have caught viruses /spy ware and ad ware before my checkers do this way so please do not say just run a viruses /ad ware /spy ware program I find all of them to miss the odd thing from time to time
