Disgusting actions of unthinking idiots. If rival gang members want to shoot it out on some deserted wharf, OK, but if they shoot at each other in populated areas with kids present and hit the kids they should go away for life. With luck, the harsh punishment combined with no one really caring if they off each other in private will result in their decision to confine their violence to deserted, private areas.
