Unwanted Mirar (ABI network) toolbar & processes

Anyone recently have an unwanted "Mirar" (ABI network) toolbar, optimizer, search and out-of-control processes installed on their computer?

I think I accidentally installed this via a "Ceres" popup ad. I must have accidently clicked a "Yes" button trying to shut down the window.

I'm slowly working my way out of the removing this piece-of-s**t, but the damn thing is consuming all of my cpu cycles, so many re-boots have been required (Windows). Even in safe mode, it's taken more than a day, and I'm not done yet. They even have a "free" uninstall utility for this crap.

Thanks, Microsoft AntiSpyware is finding more than just mirar/ceres installs.

I have Spybot, but it is not the lastest (1.4?), and was not as good as MS.
