I am a US citizen, and resident, and a former season ticket holder for an NBA team. Today basketball bores the hell out of me, because I can't get interested in the egocentirc, over paid, players and their feeling of royalty and entitlement.

Me too - I'm an American and watching "Team USA" vs. countries to whom basketball is a second or third tier sport is about as much fun as watching a prison rape.
