Apparently the girl was talking shit to another girl and throwing drinks at her and the black guy tried to play hero. I don't know if any of this is true.

I didn't see a fight in the video. I saw two cheap shots. First the black guy punches the girl (cheap shot #1)

At 44 seconds you can see the black guy taking a swing at a guy approaching him from behind. At exactly the same moment Roger runs up to take a shot at the guy while he's recoiling from the missing punch he had just thrown. The black guy seeing somebody coming up on him quickly takes flight and Roger clocks him (cheap shot #2).

In a phone conversation just moments ago, Huerta told us he tried to remain calm early Saturday morning when he watched some random "huge guy" punch a girl in the head in the middle of the street ... explaining, “I just don’t think that it's right to hit a woman. Period.”

Huerta tells us, "I approached the man calmly and said, “Do you know what you just did? You just knocked out this girl."

The 27-year-old explained, "If that was my mom, if that was my sister, my spouse, anyone … I would’ve wanted someone to step in and do something about it.”

It seems to me these days when I watch things like Jersey Shore or any of these other shows...violence seems to be acceptable and getting in a fight at the club almost protocol.

If you look when they're squaring off, he was facing Roger and then someone tried to come in and take a shot at him.
The black guy then took off, probably thinking he was going to get 2 guys beating on him.

I just hope Roger doesn't get into deep legal shit, which he probably will.

Actually you're right, I see three cheap shots, not two. Black guy punches girl (cheap shot #1). Roger runs up on the guy and levels him (cheap shot #2), Roger stomps on guy while he is on the ground and already out (cheap shot #3).
