Video Splitter?

I'm looking for a good (and free!) video splitter so I can chop up some porn clips. Doesn't need to be anything special but should be able to split (and join) mpeg avi mp4 wmv etc.

Any suggestions?

FFmpeg ROCKS and is fast but is a pure Command Line program.
Don't know his views on command line.
