Visiting Ottawa

I've searched through the threads and have a pretty good sense of the scene.

My question is I won't be getting into town until late Sunday. I saw some of the clubs closed at 9pm. I probably wlnt get to.my hotel umtil around 10. Are there places you would recommend for a later evening on a Sunday? Open to a strip club if that's the best bet.

Second question is for the membership forms the private clubs require, what type of information is needed?
