I've used it with some ladies a few times and have found that ergonomically, it's not a great fit for every lady's unique feminine anatomy. Some girls have indicated the exterior limb was poking them uncomfortably during intercourse, others indicated the "u" was pinching their labia mildly. Most however have indicated it was great and provided great add. stim during FS but most said it wasn't enough to get them off all on its own.
