Weird scrolling glitch

At first I thought my mouse was broken.

I can use the scroll wheel to scroll down the pages on perb and merb, but I can't scroll pages on terb.

Any idea why this is happening?

There must be ghosts in the machine. After 3 days of not being able to scroll on terb, it just started working again.
