It could have been worse. At least, you have your health. Broken windshields are replaceable, although a pain in the butt.

Shake, you're 100% right...on my 2nd walk of the day, saw a big deer, managed to get some pictures.

Nice redemption I suppose, seeing a deer on Christmas Eve.
