What do SP's do when they quit the Biz?

I was always curious what SP's do after they quit the biz.
Do they move to a new city or country? That way they would avoid any awkward encounters with past clients :-(.
Let's say you got married and had a few kids and you're walking in the mal and some dumb ass client walks up to you and starts talking to you using your alias :-(.

If I was a hot chick and decided to get into the biz providing I could actually have sex with someone unattractive and or overweight. I'm saying that because as a guy and I tend to look at the physical attributes where as women look for depth and looks come secondary (Am I wrong in assuming this?).
Anyways,
I would probably get another friend or 2 who would be interested in doing this and move somewhere other then my home town. ie BC or something and work there. Then when I decide to leave the biz I move back home where no one would be the wiser.

I think they have a very difficult time acclimating to society. Once they realize they can't just shake their ass and tits and have the money flow out of guy's pockets anymore, it is tough on them. Many have major issues to begin with and the added pressure of making money outside of the biz sometimes pushes them over the edge to drugs and alcohol or even to crime. I am sure there are some, but my guess is the majority don't make it and become societies problem in one way or another. Gosh, am I too pessimistic here?

Here
Many have a goal... paying for school, buying a house, saving enough money to put a kid through college. Once the goal is met, they find a regular job and make enough to live comfortably since they no longer have to worry about saving for a rainy day.

Many get addicted to the cash flow... or the lifestyle that it buys... blow everything they make on drugs or shoes or expensive clothes. Worse yet are the ones that get addicted to drugs or supporting an abusive, leeching boyfriend. Unfortunately you dont need a brain or any qualifications to get into this line of work, just a hot body and the ability to act.

Agreed, especially your comment "Unfortunately you don't need a brain or any qualifications to get into this line of work, just a hot body and the ability to act." I guess working out at the gym does pay!

There is no one answer.

It is a diverse industry, attracting all types.

Yes, there are the junkies, those with mooching boyfriends, those who blow money, etc.

And there are also those who save the money to pay for school, a house, etc.

And there are the older indys who enjoy the work and consider themselves businesswomen.

As for meeting former clients, I don't think that would happen too often, especially if you live in a large metropolitan area. Or you could always work in a town some distance away to keep one life separate from the other.

Ask one who has quit, your not going to get a staight answer from people on here. depends on the sp, depends on why they quit or what they might want to do outside of this

for me quitting, is going back to school, applying to ryerson to be a midwife, but for another sp her goal could be to travel the world. so it all depends on the sp.

I'm sure some of the ladies that I had seen in the past are now managing a fairly healthy investment portfolio that I was more than happy to provide them :)

Here's my take;

What I've done in the past, doing now, or may do in the future will not be 'who I am'. Those who are chickenshit enough to presume that they know something about my character based on a job description can, to be blunt, blow me. Those kind of people will, by definition, be people whose opinion doesn't matter to me.

Again, and again, and again, only fools who gossip and whine about their assumption of what someone may be like based on what they've done in their lives have that assumption blow up in their faces. Why? Because people who really understand how the world works - and often have the serious money to prove it - know that character is what counts, not your damn resume.

Essentially, you show your rookie status by beaking off about someone's past. And I don't hang out with rookies. When I leave the business, life will go on much as it always has...people will seek me out based on my ability to be a decent human being :)
