Yes, I know some of you don't give a fuck but to those who do, let's hear your thoughts.

This scandal involves a young Canadian born, Hong Kong actor who got involved sexually with over a dozen young 'high-profile' HK actresses, actresses who are (or were) looked upon to the likes of Julia Roberts, Gwyneth Paltrow, Kidman ... He took explicit pics while in the act and somehow those images sneaked out.

I am just as shocked as the rest of the media (and fellow Terites). Imagine that a good looking sraight TV star would actually banging more than one women.

Well..at least we're all safe now that they wiped out his career.

As I've already said on the other thead the "can't see the forest for the trees" mindset absolutely amazes me. The legal issue here isn't that he took nude photograhs of well known women with whom he was having sexual relations. It is that without permision, people at the computer repair shop stole and posted these photographs on the internet.

The common sense of not having erased the photographs etc. . . goes if anything to morality not law and even so is if anything outweighed by the immoral and illegal actions of those who posted the photographs.

Typing too quickly and not punctuating properly.

Mr. Chen’s lack of common sense in not having erased the photographs is if anything a moral rather than a legal issue. It, however, is entirely outweighed by the illegal actions and greater immorality of those who stole and posted the photographs.
