What Gives

I don't wan to judge ... so I'm going to put it out there for everyone's comments and input:

I have passed several cars over the past while and have noticed decals that are supposed to resemble bullet holes. This is somewhat disconcerting to me. Why would anyone want to convey the image of their vehicle being "shot at" ?

The interesting part is on the way home from a weekend trip to Ottawa , I observed a vehicle with at least a dozen " bullet holes " along the side ... curious.

What gives ?

My guess is that they are either wannabe rappers or wannabe gangstaz or wannabe thugs ...

I guess they think its cool to be chased by cops and to be shot at by a drive by, by the mob .....
