What is the true Definition of a transgender ( natural one)

HBB, I realize that English is seemingly not your first language. By "natural one" are you attempting to talk about intersex,those born with physical sex characteristics which do not fit the normal notions of male or female bodies?
We are all female originally in the womb. Guys, look at that line in the back of your penis. That is where your vaginal opening would be if you developed female. Female ejaculation is also related to male organs. Hormones and/or other factors might make the brain develop the opposite gender vs physical sex that develops. Most TS's knew from a very young age they were not the gender of their physical organs. Since we all have the body parts for both sexes, sex reassignment surgery is possible.
