When did everyone start hobbying and how has it been?

I'm curious to hear about everyone's experience. When did you start hobbying? What was your first experience? And do you feel like hobbying has made it easier or more difficult to have satisfying sex with girls who aren't escorts?

I'll start. I began at 21. I lived in an area where there was a fair amount of street hooking. One of the girls came by my place when I was sitting outside and asked if she could come in to use the bathroom. I said sure and when she was inside she asked if I wanted to hook up. I was curious and said ok.

I kept going over the next 15 years and since then have probably been with escorts about 60 times. There have been some spectacular experiences. I will say that my hobbying has definitely made my relationships more difficult because I'm always comparing the sex I have with escorts to my experiences in real life.

I've been at it for almost two years now. This past year has had more ups and downs for me than the first. I've found that those here who don't currently see SP's or engage in the hobby are considered outcasts and untouchables. I have been criticized for failing to perform my duty to actively see SP's! It doesn't seem to matter that like you, I don't really hobby anymore but apparently past hobbiers do not count. The fact that I used to hobby when many of those here wore short pants appears to be irrelevant to them.

Not to be critical of you but I really dont care if others judge my lack of current SP action. Its my life and I live it as I see fit. I'm not going to say I will never "hobby" again but at this point in my life I dont see the necessity, and as said I enjoy the chase. Life changes and as such I might have the impulse later on. I have seen a few highly reviewed SP's that are still currently active and if my two cents are required I will add. Till then TERB is for entertainment purposes solely.

I've also chosen to live a completely different life from how my father lived his. He got married, had a family, had the suburban home and a cottage, in exchange for his soul. It seemed to me that he chose that life because it was expected of him, rather than because it was what he wanted. I'm not afraid of being alone, and I enjoy my own company very much.

I just need a woman who can command my undivided attention, and I don't need to have her exclusively, or even frequently. On the rare occasions when I find someone like that who wants to spend a lot of time with me, I don't hobby on the side.
