Where do I get this codec: WMP v9 (VC-1 Simple/Main)

Hi,

I ran a program called GSpot on a video file that I can't see clearly. It says the codec is used is "WMV3" and the name is "WMP v9 (VC-1 Simple/Main)"

What do I have to do to see this video?

If the solution involves downloading something through a torrent, I'm comfortable with that.

Also, I have the latest K-Lite Mega codec pack installed.
